TROY, Mich., Jan. 28, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Key Highlights - Fourth Quarter 2019Net interest income increased $6 million from last quarter, led by higher earning assets Mortgage revenues totaled $98 million, driven by margin expansion of 3 basis points Total serviced accounts increased 10 percent from last quarter to nearly 1.1 million loans Return on equity was 12.7 percent for the quarter, compared to adjusted full year return on equity of 11.7%Flagstar Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: FBC), the holding company for Flagstar Bank, FSB, today reported fourth quarter 2019 net income of $58 million, or $1.00 per diluted share, compared to third quarter 2019 net income of $63 million, or $1.11 per diluted share and fourth quarter 2018 net income of $54 million, or $0.93 per diluted share.
