(“Cyprium”), today announced the closing of the sale of Cyprium's Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher (“PRV”) for gross proceeds of $205 million. “The sale of the PRV by Cyprium is a transformational corporate transaction for both Cyprium and Fortress.
