NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--FB Financial Corporation (NYSE: FBK) announced today that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of nine cents ($0.09) per share. The dividend is payable on May 26, 2020 to shareholders of record as of May 11, 2020.Christopher T. Holmes, President and Chief Executive Officer, commented, “We are pleased with the board of directors’ decision to pay our ninth consecutive quarterly dividend.
