PETERSBURG, FL / ACCESS Newswire / October 31, 2025 / Climate First Bancorp, the holding company for Climate First Bank and OneEthos, today announced it had completed a $30 million private placement offering of Fixed-to-Floating Rate Subordinated Notes. Climate First Bancorp will use the net proceeds from the offering to continue the company's rapid national growth, especially in its residential solar financing business. Climate First Bank Climate First Bank Logo Piper Sandler & Co. served as sole placement agent for the Notes, which bear a fixed-rate interest of eight percent for the first five years and mature on November 1, 2035.
