Puerto Rico, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share, which represents an increase of 11% or $0.02 per common share compared to its most recent dividend paid in December 2025. The dividend is payable on March 13, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 26, 2026. "We are pleased to announce an increase in the quarterly cash dividend payment on the Corporation's common stock from $0.18 to $0.20 per share starting in the first quarter of 2026. The dividend increase, together with our share buyback program, underscores our ongoing commitment to execute our strategic priorities, enhancing long-term shareholder value, and sustaining a solid capital position," said Aurelio Alemán, President and CEO of Corporation.
