(NYSE: FBRT) (“FBRT” or the “Company”) today announced financial results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025.Reported GAAP net income of $18.4 million and $84.1 million for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025, respectively, compared to $30.2 million and $92.4 million for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2024, respectively. Reported diluted earnings per share ("EPS") to common stockholders of $0.13 and $0.64 for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025, respectively, compared to $0.29 and $0.82 for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2024, respectively.Reported Distributable Earnings (a non-GAAP financial measure) of $17.9 million and $67.3 million, or $0.12 and $0.49 per diluted common share on a fully converted basis(1), for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2025, respectively, compared to $31.2 million and $100.7 million, or $0.30 and $0.9
