FORT WORTH, Texas, April 28, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FirstCash Holdings, Inc. (“FirstCash” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: FCFS) today announced that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, FirstCash, Inc. (the “Issuer”), has upsized and priced its previously announced private offering of $750,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2034 (the “Notes”), representing an increase of $150,000,000 in aggregate principal amount from the previously announced proposed offering size. The Notes will pay interest semi-annually at a rate of 6.125% per annum payable on May 1 and November 1 of each year, beginning on November 1, 2026. The Notes will be unsecured senior obligations of the Issuer and will be guaranteed by FirstCash and its domestic subsidiaries that guarantee its revolving unsecured credit facility and existing senior unsecured notes. The offering of the Notes is expected to close on May 1, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. FirstCash
