New York, April 20, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Univest Securities, LLC (“Univest”), a member of FINRA and SIPC, and a full-service investment bank and securities broker-dealer firm based in New York, today announced the closing of a best-efforts public offering (the “Offering”) of $5.0 million for its client Fitness Champs Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: FCHL) (the “Company” or “Fitness Champs”), a distinguished aquatic sports education provider in Singapore. The Offering is comprised of 3,225,000 units (each, a “Unit”), consisting of one Class A ordinary share of the Company, par value $0.000075 per share (the “Class A Ordinary Shares”), or in lieu thereof, a pre-funded warrant, and one warrant to purchase one Class A Ordinary Share (each, a “Warrant”). The public offering price of the Units is $1.550 per Unit.
