FedEx Ground Package System occupies part of the site with secured trailer parking. The 5.5-acre property at 76 National Road includes a 25,000-square-foot warehouse. The building features four dock doors, two drive-in doors, and 16-foot clear height, according to a statement from JLL Capital Markets. A regional trucking and logistics company serving the ports of New Jersey and New York leases the remainder of the site. JLL represented the seller, K Group, and secured the buyer in the transaction. The firm also arranged acquisition financing for Ridgecut Road through a regional bank. Founded in 2021, Ridgecut Road focuses on industrial properties in New Jersey and New York.
