The Memphis-based logistics giant delivered its second-quarter report on Dec. 18. It showed an adjusted net income of $1.14 billion, or $4.82 per share, compared to $990 million, or $4.05 per share, a year prior. Quarterly revenue increased $1.5 billion to $23.5 billion from Fiscal Year 2025, a 7% year-over-year increase versus a consensus of 4%. FedEx President and CEO Raj Subramaniam said the company's performance was especially good given global trade policy changes and air traffic struggles. “FedEx delivered an outstanding second quarter as we successfully executed our growth strategy and advanced our network transformation, while navigating a highly challenging external environment,” Subramaniam said. “I am extremely proud of our team members worldwide for their commitment to make every FedEx experience outstanding this Peak season.” Here are some highlights from the Q2 earnings report.
