DES MOINES, Iowa, Feb. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- F&G Annuities & Life, Inc. (NYSE: FG) (F&G or the Company) a leading provider of insurance solutions serving retail annuity and life customers and institutional clients, today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2025.Net earnings attributable to common shareholders for the fourth quarter were $124 million, or $0.92 per diluted share (per share), compared to $323 million, or $2.50 per share, for the fourth quarter of 2024. Full year net earnings attributable to common shareholders were $248 million, or $1.88 per share, compared to $622 million, or $4.88 per share, for the year ended December 31, 2024.
