DES MOINES, Iowa, Nov. 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- F&G Annuities & Life, Inc. (NYSE: FG) (F&G or the Company) a leading provider of insurance solutions serving retail annuity and life customers and institutional clients, today reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. Net earnings attributable to common shareholders (net earnings) for the third quarter were $114 million, or $0.85 per diluted share (per share), compared to a net loss of $10 million, or $0.08 per share, for the third quarter of 2024. Net earnings for the third quarter included $25 million of net unfavorable mark-to-market effects and $26 million of other unfavorable items; all of which are excluded from adjusted net earnings. Net loss for the third quarter of 2024 included $150 million of net unfavorable mark-to-market effects and $16 million of other unfavorable items; all of which are excluded from adjusted net earnings.
