(Nasdaq: FGNX, FGNXP) (the “Company”), today announced the current status of its common and preferred share buyback programs and ETH holdings. Under the previously announced share purchase programs, through January 20, 2026, the Company has repurchased approximately 9.9 million shares of its common stock (FGNX) at an average price of approximately $3.24 per share, and approximately 53 thousand shares of its preferred stock (FGNXP) at an average price of approximately $24.16 per share. As of January 20, 2026 the Company held 37,594 ETH. The Company’s total debt outstanding was $1.9 million, outstanding shares of common stock were 33.6 million, outstanding shares of preferred stock were 0.8 million and the net asset value of the Company per share was approximately $3.58 per share.
