HONOLULU, April 24, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- First Hawaiian, Inc. (NASDAQ:FHB), (“First Hawaiian” or the “Company”) today reported financial results for its quarter ended March 31, 2020. “First Hawaiian will continue to be a source of strength for our employees, our customers and the community,” said Bob Harrison, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. “With our experienced management team, dedicated employees, deep customer relationships, and strong liquidity and capital, we are well positioned to manage through these challenging times.” On April 22, 2020 the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.26 per share. The dividend will be payable on June 5, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 26, 2020. The Board of Directors also voted to suspend the stock repurchase program.
