FJET's liquidity is constrained, with only ~$20 million on hand and a cash burn rate of ~$9 million annually, risking near-term dilution. Scaling is limited by the rarity of F-104s, and breakeven economics require FJET to capture possibly a lot of market share based on some market size forecasts. Governance risks, a possible related-party consideration, and dilution from outstanding warrants/RSUs compound concerns. There are unit economics, it would seem, but we wonder about that scale.
