BERWICK, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--First Keystone Corporation (the “Corporation”) (OTCID - FKYS), parent company of First Keystone Community Bank, declared a $0.28 per share quarterly cash dividend to shareholders of record as of December 11, 2025, payable December 30, 2025.Cash dividends amounted to $1.12 per share year-to-date as of December 30, 2025, the same as year-to-date cash dividends paid as of December 30, 2024.During the third quarter of 2025, the Corporation again achieved some record balance sheet levels.
