laboratory services business and a therapeutic development business, today announced the completion of the acquisition of Bako Diagnostics, a premier pathology laboratory, and StrataDx, a premier dermatopathology laboratory, as previously announced on December 22, 2025. Under the terms of the agreement, Fulgent acquired certain assets of Bako Diagnostics and acquired StrataDx for a total combined purchase price of approximately $56.9 million in cash, subject to certain post-closing adjustments.
