("Flex LNG" or the "Company") today announced its unaudited financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2025.Highlights:Vessel operating revenues of $87.5 million for the fourth quarter 2025, compared to $85.7 million for the third quarter 2025.Net income of $21.6 million and basic earnings per share of $0.40 for the fourth quarter 2025, compared to net income of $16.8 million and basic earnings per share of $0.31 for the third quarter 2025.Average Time Charter Equivalent ("TCE") rate of $70,119 per day for the fourth quarter 2025, compared to $70,921 per day for the third quarter 2025.Adjusted EBITDA of $61.8 million for the fourth quarter 2025, compared to $61.2 million for the third quarter 2025.Adjusted net income of $23.3 million for the fourth quarter 2025, compared to $23.5 million for the third quarter 2025.Adjusted basic earnings per share of $0.43 for the fourth quarter 2025, compared to $0
