Highlights: Vessel operating revenues of $85.7 million for the third quarter 2025, compared to $86.0 million for the second quarter 2025. Net income of $16.8 million and basic earnings per share of $0.31 for the third quarter 2025, compared to net income of $17.7 million and basic earnings per share of $0.33 for the second quarter 2025. Average Time Charter Equivalent ("TCE") rate of $70,921 per day for the third quarter 2025, compared to $72,012 per day for the second quarter 2025.
