President — James Langrock James McCann: Thanks, Andy, and good morning, everyone. This morning, I'll begin with a brief overview of our second quarter performance, and then I'll turn it over to James and Tom, who will provide a context for the results and look ahead. Our second quarter revenue declined 5.7%, showing year-over-year improvement, but not at all at the pace that we have been anticipating. There were several factors that contributed to our performance. First, we experienced softer than anticipated consumer demand, and we saw businesses reduce their corporate gifting orders this holiday season. Second, we encountered challenges with the implementation of a new Harry & David order management system or what we call OMS that escalated during the peak of the holiday season, impacting revenue and earnings for Harry & David, and for our other brands.
