Key Results for the Second Quarter Ended December 31, 2025 Net sales for the quarter of $118.2 million compared to $108.5 million in the prior year quarter, an increase of 9.0%. GAAP operating income of $9.0 million or 7.6% of net sales compared to $11.7 million or 10.7% of net sales in the prior year quarter. Adjusted operating income of $9.0 million or 7.6% of net sales for the second quarter compared to $6.7 million or 6.1% of net sales in the prior year quarter. GAAP net income per diluted share of $1.18 for the current quarter compared to $1.62 in the prior year quarter. Adjusted net income per diluted share of $1.18 for the quarter compared to $0.95 in the prior year quarter.
