NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Forum Merger Corporation (NASDAQ: FMCIU, the “Company” or “Forum”) announced today that it priced its initial public offering of 15,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit. The units are expected to be listed in on The NASDAQ Capital Market (“NASDAQ”) and trade under the ticker symbol “FMCIU” beginning April 7, 2017. Each unit consists of one share of Class A common stock, one half of one warrant, each whole warrant to purchase one share of Class A common stock at a price of $11.50 per whole share, and one right to receive one-tenth of one share of Class A common stock upon the consummation of the Company’s initial business combination. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A common stock, rights and warrants are expected to be listed on NASDAQ under the symbols “FMCI,” “FMCIR,” and “FMCIW,” respectively.
