NEW YORK, Nov. 21, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fiduciary/Claymore Energy Infrastructure Fund (NYSE:FMO), a closed-end fund (the “Fund”), announced today the results of its Special Meeting of Shareholders held on November 21, 2019. Shareholders voted to approve a new investment sub-advisory agreement among Guggenheim Funds Investment Advisors, LLC, Tortoise Capital Advisors, L.L.C. and the Fund (the “New Sub-Advisory Agreement”). There are no material differences between the terms of the New Sub-Advisory Agreement and the terms of the prior sub-advisory agreement. There are no changes to the advisory fee rate payable by the Fund to the adviser and the sub-advisory fee rate payable by the adviser to the sub-adviser. The midstream energy infrastructure team, including Senior Portfolio Managers Jim Cunnane, Jr. and Quinn Kiley, who serve as the Fund’s portfolio managers, continue to manage the Fund’s portfolio.
