announced that it has completed the separation of the Grupo Nós joint venture in Brazil with Raízen S.A. (“Raízen”). As a result of this transaction, FEMSA retained the OXXO stores in Brazil, as well as the distribution center located in Cajamar, São Paulo. The remaining assets and liabilities of Grupo Nós have been allocated between FEMSA and Raízen in accordance with their business. About FEMSA FEMSA is a company that creates economic and social value through companies and institutions and strives to be the best employer and neighbor to the communities in which it operates.
