JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Nov. 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF) (FNF or the Company), a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries and a leading provider of insurance solutions serving retail annuity and life customers and institutional clients through its majority-owned, publicly traded subsidiary F&G Annuities & Life, Inc. (NYSE:FG) (F&G), today reported financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025. Net earnings attributable to common shareholders for the third quarter were $358 million, or $1.33 per diluted share (per share), compared to net earnings of $266 million, or $0.97 per share, for the third quarter of 2024. Net earnings attributable to common shareholders include mark-to-market effects and non-recurring items; all of which are excluded from adjusted net earnings attributable to common shareholders
