DAMARISCOTTA, Maine--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The First Bancorp (NASDAQ: FNLC), the parent company of First National Bank, today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 37 cents per share. This first quarter dividend is payable April 17, 2026 to shareholders of record as of April 7, 2026."The Board of Directors is pleased to authorize a dividend of 37 cents per share for the first quarter of 2026," remarked President & Chief Executive Officer, Tony C. McKim. "Based on a closing price of $27.88 per share on March 25, 2026, the annualized dividend of $1.48 per share represents an attractive yield of 5.31%."The First Bancorp, headquartered in Damariscotta, Maine, is the holding company for First National Bank.
