("Forestar") (NYSE: FOR), a leading national residential lot developer, today reported financial results for its second quarter ended March 31, 2020. Net income attributable to Forestar for the second quarter of fiscal 2020 was $9.6 million, or $0.20 per diluted share, compared to $10.1 million, or $0.24 per diluted share, in the same quarter of fiscal 2019. Revenues for the second quarter of fiscal 2020 increased 144% to $159.1 million from $65.3 million in the same quarter of fiscal 2019.
