Financial Highlights for the Quarter Ended September 30, 2025 On August 13, 2025, Sapiens International Corporation N.V, (hereafter “Sapiens”) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by Advent, a leading global private equity investor, for $43.50 per common share, in an all-cash transaction. Under the terms of the agreement, the Company will continue to retain significant minority ownership in Sapiens, which under the new structure will translate into an approximately 18% ownership stake.
