Third Quarter Net Sales of $609 Million; Diluted EPS of $0.10 Updates Fourth Quarter and Annual Fiscal 2018 Guidance RICHARDSON, Texas, Nov. 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fossil Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: FOSL) (the “Company” or “Fossil Group”) today reported its financial results for the third quarter ended September 29, 2018. The Company reported net income for the third quarter of fiscal 2018 of $5.0 million compared to a net loss of $(5.4) million for the third quarter of fiscal 2017. Diluted earnings (loss) per share were $0.10, as compared to $(0.11) for the third quarter of fiscal 2017. Diluted earnings per share for the third quarter of fiscal 2018 included restructuring charges of $0.09 per diluted share while the third quarter of fiscal 2017 included restructuring charges of $0.08 per diluted share.
