(NYSE: FPI) (“FPI” or the “Company”) today reported financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025.Selected HighlightsFor the year ended December 31, 2025, the Company:recorded net income of $32.2 million, or $0.65 per share available to common stockholders, compared to $61.5 million, or $1.19 per share available to common stockholders for the same period in 2024;recorded AFFO of $17.9 million, or $0.39 per share, compared to $14.1 million, or $0.29 per share, for the same period in 2024 and compared to Q3 2025 updated guidance of $0.34 per share at the midpoint;completed dispositions of 60 properties in the Corn Belt, Delta and South, High Plains and West Coast regions for aggregate consideration of $90.2 million, including $2.1 million in seller financing, and recognized an aggregate net gain on sale of $34.9 million.
