CHICAGO March 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FR), a leading fully integrated owner, operator and developer of logistics real estate, today announced that Frank E. Schmitz will be appointed to the First Industrial Board of Directors, effective June 1, 2026. Following his appointment, the Board will comprise seven directors, six of whom will be independent.
