NESS ZIONA, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Foresight Autonomous Holdings Ltd. (Nasdaq and TASE: FRSX) (the “Company”), an innovator in automotive vision systems, today announced the closing of an underwritten public offering of 4,100,000 American Depositary Shares (ADSs), including 100,000 ADSs sold pursuant to a partial exercise by the underwriters of the underwriters’ over-allotment option, at a price to the public of $1.50 per ADS. The gross proceeds to the Company from this offering are expected to be approximately $6.2 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes.
