(NASDAQ:FSBW) (the “Company”), the holding company for 1st Security Bank of Washington (the “Bank”) today reported 2018 fourth quarter net income of $11.7 million, or $2.83 per diluted share, compared to $3.7 million, or $0.98 per diluted share for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2017. Net income for the year ended December 31, 2018 was $24.3 million, or $6.29 per diluted share, compared to net income of $14.1 million, or $4.28 per diluted share for last year.
