WAKEFIELD, Mass., November 21, 2025 BUSINESS WIRE )--Franklin Street Properties Corp. (NYSE American: FSP) ("FSP" or the "Company") announced today that it is providing an update on its previously announced review of strategic alternatives. On May 14, 2025, FSP announced that its Board of Directors had initiated a review of strategic alternatives in order to explore ways to maximize shareholder value. The review remains ongoing and includes a range of potential strategic alternatives, including a sale of the Company, a sale of assets, and a refinancing of existing indebtedness, among others. BofA Securities is FSP's financial advisor in connection with the review.
