FSS recently announced the Scranton Manufacturing acquisition, expected to add meaningful EBITDA and EPS synergies by 2028, in line with its disciplined playbook. Despite robust Q3 sales and margin gains, softer order growth and a shrinking backlog relative to sales temper near-term enthusiasm.
