MSA and a 1 GW expansion with Strata Solar (adding 1P and 2P), using MSAs to grow its 1P backlog and broaden its customer base rather than concentrating volume with a few buyers. Installation productivity driving wins: Management cited large labor-efficiency gains—benchmarks dropped from ~0.09 to ~0.053 man-hours per module in time trials and reached near ~0.02 on an active 300 MW site—which it says supports demand, MSAs and bookings. Vendor approvals, manufacturing credits and financials: FTC has been added to AVLs for eight of the top 10 EPCs, bought out its Alpha Steel JV to claim Section 45X benefits and remove FEOC concerns, and reported Q4 adjusted EBITDA "really close to breakeven" with Q4 revenue of $32M, a cited breakeven range of $50–60M and about $491M of backlog.
