FTI's backlog is organically shifting toward higher-margin, integrated EPCI projects, with future contracts better indexed to inflation. As the engorged backlog matures, at its latter stages margins should also lift. FTI trades at a premium EV/EBIT multiple (~13x) compared to peers Subsea 7 and Saipem. Prefer SUBCY and SAPMF over FTI due to lower valuations, scale synergy potential, with similar earnings visibility amid industry risks.
