Fortinet reaffirmed its long-term " convergence " strategy built around a single OS (FortiOS), custom ASICs and a platform approach, highlighting roughly 60% unit shipment share in ASIC-accelerated products and targeting 12% multi-year growth with mid-term product revenue of 10–15%. The company unveiled FortiOS 8.0 , adding AI-driven security features, improved SASE integration, new SD-WAN bundle packaging and a sovereign SASE expansion, plus quantum-safe updates for management and data-plane use cases. Fortinet implemented selective list price increases effective March 2 (roughly 5% to 20% on select products) and said its supply-chain and inventory positioning allow it to ship where some competitors face stockouts, causing some customers to pull forward purchases.
