CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Dec. 08, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fulcrum Therapeutics, Inc.® (“Fulcrum”) (Nasdaq: FULC), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing small molecules to improve the lives of patients with genetically defined rare diseases, today announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $150.0 million of shares of its common stock. Fulcrum also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $22.5 million of shares of its common stock offered in the proposed public offering.
