and wealth management platform, today announced that its board of directors approved a cash dividend of US$0.325 per ordinary share, or US$2.6 per American Depositary Share (“ADS”), payable in U.S. dollars (the “Dividend”) to holders of ordinary shares and holders of ADSs of record as of the close of business on April 16, 2026, New York time. The aggregate amount of the Dividend will be approximately US$365 million. The Dividend to be paid to the Company's ADS holders through the depositary bank will be subject to the terms of the deposit agreement. The payment date is expected to be on or around April 29, 2026 for holders of ordinary shares and holders of ADSs.
