The marketplace is still shrinking. KPIs are in negative territory overall, as the Spend Per Buyer growth is insufficient to offset the churn of Active Buyers, resulting in declining GMV. The management team initiated a company-wide restructuring in September, and still has $77.5 million under its buyback program, implying a buyback yield of approximately 10%. The market is pricing in a sharp deterioration of the company's free cash flows in 2026 and 2027, which appears to limit the downside risk. A flat or slightly positive FCF CAGR through 2027 implies more than 34% upside from current levels, leading me to upgrade FVRR to "Hold" on the verge of "Speculative Buy".
