NEW YORK, January 27, 2026 BUSINESS WIRE Chamelio , the legal intelligence platform designed for in-house legal teams, today announced that the company raised $10 million in seed funding. The round was led by Work-Bench and Emer ge with participation from additional investors. Chamelio uses AI to unify legal workflows, replacing disparate tools with a single platform that orchestrates everything from drafting to signing. The platform allows users to standardize and automate legal work across teams while keeping legal firmly in control. Chamelio currently services approximately 100 clients ranging from high-growth startups to large-scale enterprises, including Wiz, Socure, Lightricks, Integrity, Global-e, Cellebrite, and Fiverr. The new funding will help accelerate product development and expand go-to-market efforts as the company scales to meet growing demand from in-house legal teams in the United States, and globally.
