Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI), Sirius XM Radio LLC, completed the issuance of $1.25 billion of 5.875% senior notes due April 15, 2032. The notes will pay interest twice a year. The notes are general unsecured senior obligations and include restrictive covenants, change-of-control protections, and optional redemption features. These terms will give the company flexibility while still protecting the creditors. Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (SIRI): One of the Cheap Dividend Stocks Being Targeted by Short Sellers It plans to use the net proceeds from this offering to pay down debt that is due soon. Specifically, SiriusXM intends to purchase, discharge, and redeem all of its 3.125% senior notes due 2026 and to redeem $250 million of its 5.000% senior notes due 2027, effectively extending its debt maturity profile. As part of a cash tender offer that expired on March 4, 2026, Sirius XM Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:SIRI) accepted for purchase approximately $498.9 million, or 49.89%, of the outstanding 3.125%
