Watts, Jr. has joined its wholly-owned banking subsidiary, First Bank (the “Bank”), as Senior Vice President for the Richmond, Virginia market. Bob brings over 31 years of banking experience, most recently as the President and CEO of First Capital Bank in Richmond. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics, and a graduate of the Virginia Bankers Association School of Bank Management at the University of Virginia.
