DALLAS, April 15, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Great American Food Chain, Inc. completes merger with GreenMatter Biotech Inc, an established materials science and biotechnology company commercializing plant-based, biodegradable alternatives to traditional plastics.
