TEL AVIV, Israel, March 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gauzy Ltd. (Nasdaq: GAUZ) (“Gauzy” or the “Company”), a global leader in vision and light control technologies, today announces the initiation of a call for public tenders (buyers or investors) as part of the Company's previously announced court-supervised reorganization proceedings ( redressement judiciaire ) opened on November 13, 2025 involving three of the Company's French subsidiaries: Gauzy SAS, Safety Tech, and Vision Systems. A notice was published in the digital and print editions of the French newspaper Les Echos on March 6, 2026. Interested parties may request access to an electronic data room, subject to customary confidentiality undertakings and completion of access formalities.
