Grayscale Avalanche Staking ETF (Ticker: GAVA) seeks to provide exposure to AVAX, the native token of the Avalanche network, while also enabling participation in the network’s staking process. Through staking, GAVA may earn rewards associated with participation in the network. Grayscale Avalanche Staking ETF ("GAVA” or the “Fund”), an exchange traded product, is not registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “40 Act”) and therefore is not subject to the same regulations and protections as 40 Act-registered ETFs and mutual funds.
