the completion of its acquisition of Horizon Acquisition Parent LLC (“Horizon” or “Horizon Telcom”). Horizon is a leading commercial fiber provider in Ohio and adjacent states serving national wireless providers, carriers, enterprises, and government, education and healthcare customers.
