NEW YORK, October 01, 2025 BUSINESS WIRE )--Zenzic Capital ("Zenzic" or "the Firm"), an expert real estate credit and special situations investment firm, has launched the Zenzic Real Estate Credit Opportunities Fund ("the Fund"). The new European opportunistic credit evergreen Fund is anchored by funds managed by GCM Grosvenor (Nasdaq: GCMG), a global alternative asset management solutions provider with $86 billion of assets under management. Founded in 2014, Zenzic is a highly specialized manager targeting inefficient and underserved segments of the lower middle market European real estate credit market – supporting sponsors and real estate groups via financings across a range of sectors including residential, industrial and logistics and student accommodation.
