(“GCT”) (NYSE: GCTS), a leading designer and supplier of advanced 5G and 4G semiconductor solutions, today announced that it has entered into a term loan agreement (the “Debt Financing”) with Anapass, Inc., GCT’s largest shareholder and strategic investor.
